PS2 Slim Disc not being Read Error FIX (DIY)

Did your PS2 lately is not reading discs anymore? And you wanna play your favourite game? Don't worry were here to fix your problem.

WHAT IS THIS PROBLEM?

In this problem, Your PS2 stops reading discs and the lens of ps2 doesn't show any movement when the disc is inserted resulting in the game not starting.

REQUIREMENTS

1.) Duct Tape
2.) Scissors
3.) Screw driver 0 & 1 size
4.) PS2 Slim

PROCEDURE

1.) Take your ps2 and take out all the rubber caps revealing screws.

2.) Open the case and place a thick piece of duct tape on the "back circled sensor" make sure that it is pressed when the case is screwed back.

3.) Screw Back your Case and put back the rubber caps and you're done!!

(IF YOUR PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SOLVED THEN, YOU MAY FOLLOW THE TROUBLESHOOT STEPS)

TROUBLESHOOT

Increase the thickness of the tape on the sensor.
Apply some more tape on the plastic which press the sensor.
